Copy Services

U.S. Patent File Histories - NO MINIMUM Applies. All files are two-hole punched and bound. Tabbing is available for an additional $40.00/file.
E-Files - Files scanned in PDF format. Bookmarked files available for an additional $.25 per page. PDF searchable and bookmarked files available for $2.00 per page.
* PTO Electronic Files - Let us take care of your downloadable PAIR files. Files are downloaded, sorted by date order, duplicate papers removed, printed, two-hole punched and bound.
Foreign Patents - $6.75 for the first 60 pages. Thereafter $2.25 for each additional 60 pages or portion thereof.
Publication Copies - There is a flat charge for each document plus a charge for each page of the document.
Group File Retrieval Fees – There is a Flat fee/Group

Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Design, Validity, Trademark Assignment and Copyright - Prices vary upon the complexity of the project. Please contact us for price quote.

Certified and PTO Documents

Certified Patents File Histories - PTO fees vary depending on the size of the file. PTO fees are $200 for the first 400 pages and $40 for every 100 pages thereafter

Authentication/Legalization

Embassy Services – Embassy fees and turn around times vary. Please contact us for fee and completion time information.

Filing Documents

Mail Room, Groups and Law Office filings - are performed immediately upon receipt and acknowledgements are sent via facsimile/email.

Copyright Services

Filing Applications – Are performed by written request. Fees are determined by the required number of visits to the filing location.
Certified Copyright – Registrations and Deposit Materials - are performed immediately upon receipt and acknowledgements are sent via facsimile/email.

Disbursements

First Class Mail – Actual postage used will be billed.
Courier and Express Mail fees – Total fees will be actual mailing costs plus a $3.00 Service Fee per package.
Facsimile charges – Are approximate telephone costs for the target area and are provided for faxes to the Continental US only. Should your requirements be different, please contact us.
